Malaquita International is a company founded in 2019 that builds software solutions, apps and digital products. Lavé is our laundry delivery brand: we connect customers with a network of partner laundries, and coordinate pickup, tracking, payment and delivery logistics from a single app.
We work alongside partner laundries who process the garments — we coordinate the full experience so that, on your end, doing laundry stops being a chore.

How do I request a pickup?
From the app, choose your garments and services, and schedule a pickup window. A driver will come by during the time block you picked.
How is the price calculated?
It depends on the garment type and the service chosen — most are priced per piece, and some items (like rugs) per square meter or per pair. Delivery cost is calculated based on real distance to your address.
What if the laundry counts different pieces than what I paid for?
If there are more pieces than paid for, they're processed anyway — a difference is generated that you can pay directly from the app, without pausing your order.
What payment methods are available?
Card and Yappy, depending on the country. Available methods may vary by location.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, contact us and we'll help you cancel it.
