Delete your Lavé account

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your account, saved addresses, points, coupons, and preferences.

Delete it from the app

Open the Lavé app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Select Delete my account.
Enter your current password and confirm deletion.

This is the fastest option and deletion is processed immediately.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email info@lavelaundry.services with the subject Lavé account deletion request. Send the request from the email registered to the account and include your registered name and phone number so we can verify it.

Security: never include your password, authentication code, or full card details. We may request additional information to verify that you own the account.

Data that is deleted

Name, email address, and phone number associated with the account.
Saved addresses, location, and preferences.
Profile photo, sessions, notification devices, personal points, and coupons.

Data that may be retained

Order, payment, refund, and transaction records that must be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes are kept without direct account identifiers for the period required by applicable law.
